Staff listed will have until end of April 2019 to send their requests. The delivery service will be thru Aramex. Staff must fill-up the attached form and send thru HR drop box. Uniform collection in DC will be advise in the succeeding emails. Kindly note the following: food bags are not available For Female staff , only few sizes and stocks are available for flat shoes we will deliver what is available from our stocks old form and incomplete details will not be process call Employee Services if you did not receive any advise from Aramex after 2 weeks Upon receive of Aramex box please check the items Staff has 1 week to report of any discrepancies to Employee Services Kindly ensure staff are advised to log-in to MyDDF for the details to avoid uniform forfeiture.
